  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Provides creaminess and protein

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Enhances overall taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Essential seasoning

  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper For added sweetness and crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Defrost the frozen spinach by leaving it on the counter or in the fridge overnight, or use warm water or microwave for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
  3. Blend cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. In a greased 8-oz ramekin, combine the blended cottage cheese mixture with spinach and red bell pepper. Mix until evenly distributed and top with shredded cheese.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the dip for 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown. Be careful, the dish will be HOT.
Serving
  1. Serve the dip warm with pita, chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Use fresh spinach if available, sauté to reduce moisture. Experiment with cheese and adjust seasoning based on preference. Do not overcook to prevent burnt topping. Pair with healthy dippers.
