  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice To brighten flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper To taste for seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice into wedges or fries.
  4. Prepare three shallow bowls: place almond milk in one, almond flour in another, and combine shredded coconut, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.

  1. In batches, place coated avocado slices in the air fryer. Lightly coat with cooking spray and cook for 8-12 minutes or until golden, flipping halfway through.
Prepare Dip
  1. Mix all dip ingredients together until well combined.
Serving
  1. Serve the avocado fries warm with the prepared dip and enjoy.

Notes

Select ripe but firm avocados to prevent mushy fries. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for better crispiness. Experiment with seasonings to personalize your fries.
