Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cubed butternut squash, olive oil, spices, maple syrup, and rosemary, and toss to coat.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray or line it with foil and spray.
  4. Place the seasoned squash cubes in a single layer at the bottom of your air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash begins to brown and the edges appear crispy.

Notes

For best results, cut butternut squash into evenly-sized cubes and avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Serve immediately for the best texture. Experiment with spices for personal preference.
