Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place the frozen cod filets directly in the greased air fryer basket.
  4. Evenly sprinkle salt and pepper over the top of both filets.
Cooking
  1. Cook the filets in the air fryer at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, or until they can be flaked apart with a fork.
  2. Use a thermometer to ensure the thickest part of the filet reaches a temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Notes
