Method
 

Preparation
  1. Step 1: Preheat the grill. Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Grill the steak for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  3. Step 3: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into strips.
Salad Assembly
  1. Step 4: In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, cilantro, green onions, and cashews, tossing until well mixed.
  2. Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Step 6: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Step 7: Place sliced steak atop the salad and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For the best results, let steak rest before slicing. Cut veggies into uniform sizes for even mixing.
