  • 1/2 tsp Coarse salt Balances and enhances the flavors.
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Adds a bit of spice to the dip.
  • 1 tsp Sugar Balances the acidity for a rounded flavor.
  • 1 cup Chopped dill pickle Provides crunch and tang; can substitute with sweet gherkin.
  • 4 large Hard-boiled eggs The star ingredient that makes the dip reminiscent of deviled eggs.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped chives For garnish; adds a fresh and vibrant touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all the ingredients (except the eggs) in the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and blend again until smooth (or just pulse until mostly smooth, if you prefer a chunkier texture).
  3. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
  4. Garnish with a touch of paprika and chopped chives and serve with potato chips or crackers.

Notes

Chilling allows the flavors to meld. This dip is easily customizable with extras like bacon bits or herbs.
