Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Dice the potatoes into ½-inch to ¾-inch cubes; no need to peel, just wash and dry them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil until fully coated.
  4. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and lemon juice if desired.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket, keeping in mind you may need to do this in batches.
Cooking
  1. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese on the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Notes

For best results, cut potatoes into uniform sizes and don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Use fresh potatoes for better crispness.
