Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Stack the tortillas and slice them into 6 wedges each.
  3. Place all the tortilla wedges in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spritz lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning and sea salt.
  5. Toss well with your hands to coat the wedges on both sides.
  6. Transfer the wedges to the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. Allow your chips to cool before serving as they’ll crisp up as they cool.
