Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your prepared potatoes and parsnips into a large stockpot and cover with water. Add in 1 tsp of sea salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat; once it starts to bubble, reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are very tender.
Mashing
  1. Carefully drain the water and keep potatoes and parsnips in the same pot.
  2. Add in your milk and ghee, then mash to your desired consistency.
  3. Season with a tiny touch of sea salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Stir in the chopped chives.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

For best results, ensure even cuts of vegetables. For a creamier texture, adjust milk as needed. Feel free to experiment with herbs or toppings.
