Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your broccoli florets with the pesto sauce.
  3. Season lightly with sea salt and ground pepper to taste and toss until well coated.
Roasting
  1. Transfer the broccoli mixture to the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally until tender-crisp.
Toasting Pine Nuts
  1. While the broccoli is roasting, heat a heavy skillet over low heat, add the pine nuts, and toast for 30-45 seconds, tossing frequently.
  2. Once golden brown, transfer them to a plate.
Serving
  1. Place the roasted pesto broccoli in a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
